3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Distribute spam, malware, or other harmful content through connected social media platforms
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation

5. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by the Service using AI is provided as suggestions and starting points. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before it is published to any social media platform. Postzilia does not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or legality of AI-generated content. You retain full responsibility for all content posted through your connected accounts.

6. Credits and Payments

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when generating content. Subscription plans and credit top-ups are billed through our payment processor. All payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods unless stated otherwise in your plan.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your brand assets, logos, and original content uploaded to the Service. Content generated through the Service using your brand kit and inputs is owned by you. The Service, its design, features, and underlying technology remain the intellectual property of Postzilia.

8. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party social media platforms (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, and LinkedIn). Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service. Postzilia is not responsible for changes to third-party APIs, service disruptions, or content policies enforced by these platforms.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Postzilia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or engage in activity that we determine to be harmful to the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
